从城市排水设施的重要性入手,着重就积水点产生原因进行了分析,并提出了一系列应对措施,同时总结了几点体会,以期进一步完善城市排水设施,保护社会公众利益。

From the importance of the urban drainage facilities, the paper analyzes the reasons for the water accumulation points, points out a series of measures, and sums up some consideration, so as to further improve the urban drainage facilities, and to protect the benefits of social masses.
