丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction with dl-3-n-budylphthalinde and edaravone

目的观察丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择128例急性进展性脑梗死的患者,随机分为对照组、丁苯酞组、依达拉奉组和治疗组共4组,每组各32例。对照组予以常规治疗;丁苯酞组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞治疗;依达拉奉组在常规治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞、依达拉奉联合治疗。疗程均为两周。在治疗前和治疗后1周、2周分别进行神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)。结果治疗组的有效率达93.8%,治疗组对神经功能缺损的治疗效果优于丁苯酞组、依达拉奉组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死疗效确切。

ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of dl-3-n-budylphthalinde and edaravone on acute progressive cerebral infarction.MethodsOne hundred and twenty-eight cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly allocated into control group,dl-3-n-budylphthalinde group,edaravone group and treatment group.Each group consisted of 32 cases.Patients in control group were treated by conventional treatment.Dl-3-n-budylphthalinde group were given conventional therapy plus dl-3-n-budylphthalinde treatment.Edaravone group were given conventional therapy plus edaravone treatment.And patients in treatment group were treated on the basis of plus dl-3-n-budylphthalinde and edaravone.Course of treatment lasted two weeks.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）was tested before therapy and after the treatment of 1 week,2 weeks.ResultsEffective was 93.8 % in treatment group.The effect on neurologic impairment function in treatment group was better than that in dl-3-n-budylphthalinde,edaravone and control groups（P0.05）.ConclusionDl-3-n-budylphthalinde plus edaravone treatment on acute progressive cerebral infarction is curative.
