摘要
目的动态观察急性脑梗死患者血清白介素-17(Interleukin-17 IL-17)含量变化,探讨IL-17在脑梗死发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)动态检测46例急性脑梗死患者和21例健康对照者的血清IL-17浓度值。结果急性脑梗死患者发病后1 d、3 d、7 d和14 d时血清IL-17浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同时间组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中发病3 d水平最高,随时间推移及治疗的介入,IL-17水平逐渐下降。结论急性脑梗死患者血清IL-17水平明显升高,动态观察患者的IL-17含量变化可能有助于监测急性脑梗死的病情变化。
ObjectiveTo investigate the dynamic change of serum interleukin-17 levels in acute cerebral infarction patients,and to explore the role of IL-17 in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsEnzyme-linked immunosorbent method（ELISA） dynamic were used to test serum IL-17 density in 46 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients and 21 cases of healthy controls.ResultsCompared with control group,the serum levels of IL-17 at 1st,3rd,7th,14th day in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased significantly（P0.001）.There was a statistical significance in different time groups（P0.001）.The highest level of IL-17 occurred at 3rd day,and gradually decreased after treatment.ConclusionSerum IL-17 increases significantly in patients with acute cerebral infarction,observing the patient＇s IL-17 content changes will be helpful for estimating the severity of ACI.
