噬菌体抗体库技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 噬菌体抗体组合文库技术作为噬菌体展示和抗体组合文库两种技术的集成,自1990 年建立以来,经过不断发展,目前被广泛用于生物医学的许多领域。本文主要就近年来该技术在抗体基因扩增、载体构建、筛选方法和亲和力成熟等方面的进展进行综述。
