无痛人工流产术中配合应用米索前列醇220例临床观察

Clinical observation of indolent artificial abortion operation with the application of Misoprostol

为观察米索前列醇在无痛人工流产术中的应用效果,将220例自愿要求终止妊娠者随机分为观察组和对照组各110例,观察组术前半小时舌下含服米索前列醇400ug,对照组术前不使用任何促宫颈成熟的药物,观察两组宫颈扩张情况、术中出血量、手术时间及麻醉药用量情况。观察组显效率和总有效率为84%和100%,分别高于对照组51.8%和93.7%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组术中出血量和加用异丙酚发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。无痛人工流产术前舌下含服米索前列醇,可使宫颈明显松弛,子宫收缩,且无明显药物不良反应,安全有效,简便易行,值得推广应用。

In order to observe the effect of the indolent artificial abortion operation with the application of Misoprostol,220 cases with unbidden gestation termination were randomly divided into two equal groups,which were respectively called observation group and comparison group.The members in the observation group were required to take sublingual Misoprostol of 400ug half hour before operation and the ones in the comparison group were not required to take any medicine for cervical ripening.The cervical dilation,blood loss during operation,operation duration and narcotic dosage were observed for the two groups.The effective rate and total effective rate of observation group were 84% and 100%,which were respectively 51.8% and 93.7% higher than the ones of comparison group with significance in statistics（p〈0.05）.The blood loss and the additional usage rate of Propofol for observation group were lower than comparison group with significance in statistics（p〈0.05）.Sublingual Misoprostol before indolent artificial abortion operation can obviously promote cervical dilation and uterus contraction without medicine adverse reaction.The method is worth popularizing due to its safety,effectiveness and simplification.
