本文提出一种主要用于制造活性炭棒料专用的四柱液压机设计方案,活性炭专用四柱液压机与通用四柱液压机相比,开档减小了,结构更加紧凑,活动横梁工作行程减小,工作效率提高。液压机可手工上下料,也可与输送带联动,以提高效率。

A technical proposal of a special four-column hydraulic press for active carbon bar has been put forward in the text.By comparing with the general four-column hydraulic press,the openness has been reduced with more compact structure and the moving beam stroke has been decreased with improved work efficiency.The loading and unloading process can not only be conducted by manual work,but also be linked with the conveyor belt in order to improve efficiency.
