摘要
利用ANSYS软件,使用板单元和体单元建立了一种新型液压机主机的有限元模型,计算出机架在承受均布载荷及偏载作用下横梁和立柱的受力情况,随后进行了整机的模态分析。运用先大规模分割体然后粘接的方法解决不同维数模型的网格划分问题,运用节点耦合的方法模拟滑动连接。得出的结果指出了原结构中的薄弱环节,为改进设计指明了方向。
A new kind of finite element model for main machine in hydraulic press has been established by use of ANSYS software.The forces which act on the beam and column when the rack is under uniform loading and unbalance loading situations have been calculated.Then the modal analysis has been carried out.The grid division under different dimension model has been solved by use of large-scale division and pasting-together method.The slide connection has been simulated by use of node coupling method.The results show the weak link in the original structure,which provides reference for the improvement of the design.
