摘要
德国力士乐伺服系统作为一种高性能数字式驱动器,在与上位机通信时,大多采用现场总线。本文介绍一种OMRON小型PLC采用无协议通信方式与力士乐伺服系统通信的方法。这种方法既可降低系统成本,又能实现多通道数据通信,集灵活性与可靠性于一体,实用价值甚佳。
Germany REXROTH servo system,as a kind of high-performance numerical driver,often adopts field bus to communicate with the supervisory computer.A kind of mini OMRON PLC which adopts non-protocol to communicate with the REXROTH servo system has been introduced in the text.In this way,the system cost has been reduced and the multi-channel communication has been achieved with high flexibility,reliability and practical value.
