放射性核素^(131)I治疗Graves病2611例疗效分析

目的探讨131I治疗Graves病的临床效果。方法 1998年～2008年接受口服131I治疗的2611例Graves病患者,随访1年以上。结果治愈1711例(其中一次性治愈1424例),占65.5%;好转811例,占31.1%;无效89例,占3.4%。结论 131I治疗Graves病是一种疗效确切、安全、简便、快速、副作用少、结果可以预料的治疗方法,对于改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量很有意义,值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore ^131I treatment of the clinical effect of the graves Methods 2611 cases of patients with graves from1998 to 2008 in its outpatient received oral treatment of ^131I, follow-up than 1 year.Results 1711 cases of patients（ 1424 example of a cure ） were cured rate of 65.5%;811 cases of patients were partially remitted, rate of 31.1%; 89 cases of patients were of no effects, rate of 3.4%.Conclusion ^131I treatment graves is a definite effect, safe, convenient, fast, and side effects, it is very meaningful for enhancing clinical effect and reducing the pain of patients , and improving the quality of life.so it deserved application and promotion.
