系统性红斑狼疮伴急性粒细胞白血病

报告一例系统性红斑狼疮伴急性粒细胞白血病。患者女,50岁。13年前患系统性红斑狼疮,控制后给予强的松,5mg/d,维持治疗10年,3年前继发左髋关节无菌性坏死,逐停服强的松而服用中药。半月前出现头晕目眩、乏力。皮肤科检查:前额头发稀疏,双颊淡褐色沉斑,肘关节皮肤瘀点瘀斑;实验室检查:血WBC↑↑,HGB、RBC、PLT均降低,并有10%异常淋巴细胞。骨髓细胞检查意见为AML。

A 50-year-old woman,Systemic lupus erythematosus patient since 1992.5mg/day of Prednisone maintenance treatment until he had aseptic arthritis of hip in 2002,start taking chinese medicines.Presented with giddiness and tiredness half month ago.Dermatologic examination revealed that there were sparse hair on the forehead, spots light brown color cheeks, petechia petechiae elbow. Blood test revealed that white blood cells increased,red blood cells hemoglobin and platelets decreased,and there were 10 per cent of abnormal lymphocytes.Bone marrow examination opinion acute myelocytic leukemia.
