案例教学法在神经外科实习带教中的应用

摘要 目的研究案例教学法在神经外科实习带教中的效果。方法通过对案例的精心选择和设计,将2009年8月~2010年6月在温州医学院附属慈溪医院实习的五年制本科实习生59人随机分为实验组(30人)和对照组(29人),实验组在传统教学方法的基础上采用案例教学法,对照组沿用传统教学法。2周实习结束后分析比较两组学生的兴趣满意度调查结果和出科考试成绩。结果实验组的出科考试成绩与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>O.05),但实验组的兴趣满意度明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法能激发学生对神经外科实习的兴趣,培养学生的整体思维能力,有利于培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,是一种较好的临床神经外科实习教学模式。 Objective This study was designed to determine the effect of case-based teaching method in the course of neurosurgery. Methods The 59 students study in the Cixi People’s hospital of Wenzhou medicai college were divided into experimental group (30 people) and the control group (29). The experimental group using case teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching methods, the control group using traditional teaching methods. The students survey results of satisfaction and the test scores were analyzed after 2 weeks of practice. Results The test scores were not significantly different between the experimental group and control group (P〈0.05),but the satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching method can stimulate the students interest in neurosurgical practice; train the overall thinking ability;improve their problem analysis and problem solving abilities.It is a good clinical neurosurgery practice teaching method.
