南宁口岸出入境人员体检中腹部超声检查结果分析

Analysis of results on transabdominal uhrasonography examination among entry-exit personnel at Nanning Port

目的探讨超声检查在口岸出入境人员体检中的应用价值。方法对9776名口岸出入境体检者的超声结果进行分析。结果 9776名口岸出入境体检者中,体检异常者1056例,疾病检出率为10.80%;脂肪肝检出率明显高于其他疾病的检出率;男性检出率高于女性;以50岁以上年龄组检出率最高,以来华工作的外籍人员检出率最高。结论超声检查具有简便、无创、快速等功能,在疾病的早期发现中起到十分重要的作用,为口岸出入境人员健康状况评价提供了依据,有针对性地为口岸出入境人员提供健康指导和咨询服务有着重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of the uhrasonography in entry-exit personnel＇s examination.Methods The results of ultrasound examination for 9 776 entry-exit personnels were analyzed.Results Among the 9 776 entry-exit personnel,1056 cases had abnormal physical examination,the abnormity rate was 10.80%.The positive rate of fatty liver was remarkably higher that of the other disease.The positive rate of male was higher than that of the female.In over 50 aged group,the positive rate was the highest.The foreigner who work in china had relatively high positive rate.Conclusions Uhrasonography is a simple,noninvasive,rapid,screening and other functions,playing a very important role in the early detection of disease.Effective instruction to entry-exit personnel is ver important to protect them healthy.
