结核分枝杆菌诊断方法的研究进展

Research on rapid diagnostic methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

传染性肺结核病是世界上最严重的传染病之一,也是影响全球的主要健康问题,对结核病的检测和控制受到各国政府的高度重视。缺少快速、灵敏和准确的诊断方法是无法有效控制结核病传播的一个重要原因。本文主要针对当前国际上出现的结核分枝杆菌检测新技术做简单的介绍,为检验人员在选择合适的检测方法和平台上提供一些建议,对研究者建立和开发快速、准确检测结核分枝杆菌,甚至是耐药结核分枝杆菌的技术研发上,提供新的研究思路。

Infectious pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the most infectious diseases and continues to be a major global heath problem.Lack of rapid,sensitive and accurate diagnostic methods poses a huge obstacle to effectively tuberculosis control.This article focuses on new technologies of Mycobacterium tuberculosis detections currently appeared on the world and provides suggestions to inspectors for selecting appropriate MTB diagnostic methods and platforms.This review also gives researchers ideas for establishing and developing rapid and accurate MTB detection methods,even the methods for drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
