摘要
现代开放教育资源运动是由美国麻省理工学院的开放课件项目推动的,我国开放教育的数字化学习资源中心建设是在国际开放教育资源的背景下全面开展的,其建设状况处于相对滞后的状态。要根据实际情况,考虑人力资源、计算机及网络软、硬件资源等各个因素的密切关系开展建设。数字化资源中心建设的主要内容是资源库建设、课程建设等;数字化资源中心的评价分为两个方面:功能实现和技术保障。结合信息共享及相关理论,通过分析目前开放教育存在的问题和影响因素,提出如何提高开放教育数字化教育资源共享的具体措施,同时构建一个相对完整的开放教育数字化教育资源共享机制,以更好地实施现代远程开放教育。
