摘要
青年教师是现代高校教师中的重要组成部分,怎么样将个性张扬、思想独特的大学生教育成才就成了青年教师亟待解决的问题,同时也是高校青年教师如何快速成长为优秀教师的问题。从教育教学、科研、师德修养等方面进行说明。
Young teachers are an important part of college teachers in the modern universities. How to teach college students which have individuation and unique thoughts is problems to be solved for young college teachers. As the same time it is a problem for young college teachers how to fast grow outstanding teachers. In this paper there are several aspects such as teaching, research, ethics cultivation to introduce.
