以科研素质与能力为核心的体育研究生培养

研究生教育和培养是我国高等教育体系当中非常重要的一部分。体育专业研究生由于其专业的特殊性和就业选择的途径主要是学校,在经历了研究生培养快速发展之后,目前就业还是以教师为主,所以学生的综合能力非常重要。在高层次体育人才的培养中,学生的科研能力是最重要的环节之一,所以注重研究生科研能力是今后一个时期体育专业研究生培养的核心问题。笔者结合自身的工作,谈谈自己的一些认识。
