电针对模拟轮班工作金黄地鼠血清超敏C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察电针对模拟轮班工作金黄地鼠血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将32只健康雄性金黄地鼠驯化,使其轮转活动与光暗同步一周后,随机分为空白组8只和模型组24只,模型组造模后随机分为模型组8只、自然恢复组8只和针刺组8只。空白组采用正常光照,于第10天采取血清;模型组模拟超前性光暗周期转移,于第11天取样;针刺组于模拟超前性光暗周期转移后,于ZT4(12:00)电针针刺"百会"、"长强"15 min,每天一次,连续3天,处理完即取样;自然恢复组于模拟超前性光暗周期转移后,于ZT4(12:00)用自制固定器固定15 min,与针刺组同步进行,处理完即取样。采用酶联免疫法检测动物血清中的超敏C-反应蛋白水平。结果模型组的hs-CRP较空白组显著增高(P<0.05);自然恢复组和针刺组的hs-CRP较模型组均降低,但自然恢复组与模型组无显著差异(P>0.05),针刺组与模型组有显著差异(P<0.05);自然恢复组与空白组有显著差异(P<0.05);针刺组与空白组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺具有降低模拟轮班工作金黄地鼠血清超敏C-反应蛋白的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of shift - work syrain by electric - acupuncture hamster on high sensitive C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) in the blood serum. Methods Domesticated the thirty two male healthy syrain hamsters to do cyclical activity in phase of light - dark cycle for one week, then randomly grouped the syrain hamsters into normal group and model group. After modeling shift work, randomly grouped into model group, naturally recovering group and acupunctu- ring group. Collected the blood serum of the blank group at the tenth day after normal light - dark. Collected the blood serum of the model group at the eleventh day after modeling advanced dark - light. Acupunctured Bai hui point and Chang qiang point of acupuncture group at ZT4 ( 12:00) for 15 minutes, one time a day, for three days, then collected the blood serum. At the same time of acupuneturing the acupuncture group, bundled the ;~atural^y recovering group for 15 minutes, then collect- ed the blood serum. Adopted Enzyme lmmunoAssay reaction method to test the hs - CRP of the blood serum. Results Compared with blank group, the hs- CRP of model group increasesd obviously (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared to model group, the hs - CRP of naturally recovering group reduced ( P 〉 0. 05 ), the hs - CRP of aeupuncturing group obviously reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared to blank group, the hs - CRP of naturally recovering group differed apparently( P 〈 0. 05 ), while that of aeupunctu- ring group varied slightly( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively reduce the hs - CRP in the blood serum of modeling shift -work syrain hamster.
