对一台水分离器超声波检测发现的裂纹进行了金相检查、硬度测试、X—射线能谱分析等手段检测,分析确认裂纹是由应力腐蚀引起的,在此基础上提出了预防措施。

The crack of water separator is discovered by Ultrasonie Test. This article proceeds metallographic examination, hardness test and X-ray energy spectrum analysis. The crack is produced by stress corrosion. The precaution measure proposed.
