横火焰玻璃窑炉燃烧空间流动与传热的数值模拟

摘要 对横火焰玻璃窑炉燃烧空间内的流动、燃烧及辐射传热等过程进行了数值模拟研究,建立了玻璃窑炉燃烧空间内的综合数学模型,给出了诸控制方程的统一的数值解法,得到了炉内燃烧空间的速度场、温度场、组分浓度分布及燃烧空间向玻璃液面传递的热流分布。 The heat transfer from the combustion chamber of the glass furnace to the glass liquid has great effects on the flow and heat transfer of the melting glass.Furthermore,it affects the glass quality and productivity and energy consumption.In order to improve the combustion efficiency and heat transfer,the detail of the flow field,temperature field and composition field in the combustion chamber of glass furnace needs to be studied.Based on the present model,the effects of combustion excess air level,inlet air temperature and emission coefficient of the upper wall are studied.The predicted results show that the reasonable excess air,high inlet air temperature and high wall emission coefficient are beneficial to improve the maximum temperature of reaction zone,outlet temperature and heat flux from the combustion chamber to melting glass.
