摘要
数值模拟了设有导流墙的余热锅炉辐射冷却室内的三维流动及传热分布,其流动采用k-ε方程模拟,辐射采用蒙特卡洛法计算。几何空间使用多块结构以减少计算机内存的浪费;采用贴体坐标系统来描述复杂的几何边界;网格系统采用交错网格;求解方程使用SIMPLE算法。给出了余热锅炉辐射冷却室内三维流动及传热结果。为研究余热锅炉辐射冷却室内流动提供了理论依据,从而为余热锅炉的设计、节能改造提供了详细的数据和有效的手段。
the gas flow and heat transfer distribution in radiation and cooling chamber of a heat recovering boiler are simulated in this paper. the gas flow is simulated by using K-ε turbulence model, while the radiation is computed by Motecalo method. The computing method used is SIMPLE method. Themulti-block grid methodology involving unstructured set of block is used, and the Body-fitted grid isspecified in the simulation. The computation results described by the distribution of the velocity andtemperature are in good accordance with the phenomena observed in the laboratory. The simulationresults can be used in design of waste boiler.
