摘要 指出了吹风冻结过程中节能的必要性,分析了吹风冻结过程中各阶段的能源消耗,并对吹风冻结过程中的节能技术进行了探讨. This paper points out teh necessities of energy saving in prooess of blow-freezing,analyzes every phase of energy consumption in process of blow-freezing,and makes out relevant countermeasures to reduce energy consumption.
