为了满足当今柴油机短时间试车要求,就要使柴油机上台架后即刻处于或经过很短时间后能处于标准的试验工况环境中。为此,作为试车工程设计,必须向试验台提供特定温度的冷却液、润滑油、燃油、进气等试验条件。本文介绍的新型柴油机试验车间采用一系列新的设计并结合计算机集中控制,大大缩短中等功率柴油机的台架试验时间。

In order to meet the requirements of short - time dicsel engine tests, a test engine should go into the standard test mode instantly or shortly after it is placed onto the test rig . During the test rig project design, it should be taken into account that coolant, lube oil, fuel, induction air with a given temperature can be supplied to the test rig. Many new designs, combined with computerized control, are adopted in the new diesel engine test plant in this paper. Therefore, it is possible to shorten greatly rig test time of mid - power diesel engines.
