摘要
通过对侧浇工艺一型两件的可淬硬汽车铸铁凸轮轴凝固温度场的测试和分析后发现,其上、下轴温度场相似,内在质量分布均匀,并且性能相似,从而证实了测浇方式的可靠性。
The temperature field of quenched hardening cast ha camshaft which had been produced by side pouring two parts in one mold for automobile was tested and analyzed. It was found that temperature field of the top and bottom camshaft was similar, the inward quality of them was uniform, and the capability was similar. The reliability of side pouring had been verified.
