摘要
高校创新型科研团队的组织行为模式应当与科研团队的不同发展阶段相适应。创建阶段要明确团队目标和定位,选拔优秀的团队领导,营造和谐的团队文化;发展阶段要构建高校科研团队高效的运行机制,创新团队管理理念,营造宽松和谐的团队工作环境,科学设计团队组织结构;提高阶段要完善高校科研团队的保障体制,创新管理体制,健全激励机制,改革考评机制,形成高效、高产的优秀科研团队。
The organizational behavior of the innovation team of science and technology in universities should fit with different development steps of the team. To confirm the appropriate aim and niche of the team, select excellent leaders and produce a harmonious team culture are the cores in the beginning step. To establish an efficient operating mechanism, create the management ideas, construct a comfortable and harmonious working situations and design scientifically the organization structure of the team are essential in the developing step. In the upgrading step, to achieve an efficient and productive excellent team of science and technology, it should focus on perfecting the security sys tern, creating executive mechanism, refining the reward system, and innovating the assessment methods.
