On the Values of Integrity and Its Fostering

廉政价值观是廉政文化的核心,是我国党政领导干部和一切公职人员关于廉洁从政的价值的基本看法、总体观念。在廉政文化建设中只有抓住廉政价值观建设这个根本,才能加大治本力度,加强反腐倡廉教育的针对性和实效性。要从构建社会主义核心价值体系的战略高度抓好培育工作,紧密结合反腐倡廉工作实际促使培育工作有效开展,以培育工作为抓手牵引和推动廉政文化建设深入广泛开展。

Values of Integrity is the core of the culture of integrity and also the basic perspectives and overall conceptions of our cadres and all the government officials about the values of integrity.During the building of the culture of integrity,only when we have the building of the values of integrity as the focus,can the work of combating corruption and upholding integrity be carried out effectively and with specific aim.The fostering of the culture of integrity should be based on the strategic building of socialist core value system.On the one hand,the effective advancement of the fostering work should be integrated with the work of combatting corruption and upholding integrity;on the other hand,the advancement of the work of combatting corruption and upholding integrity should be based on the fostering work.
