摘要
目的了解浦东新区(南片)门诊病人对社区卫生服务的满意度及改进建议。方法采用现场拦截方法对在社区卫生服务中心接受门诊服务的3090名病人进行问卷调查。结果门诊病人对社区卫生服务的总体满意度为87.5%,满意度最高的为医护人员的服务态度(90.1%),最低的为门诊医技水平(80.5%)。结论浦东新区(南片)门诊病人对社区卫生服务的满意度比较高。但社区卫生服务中心在门诊技术水平和就诊环境等方面仍需要进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE To investigate outpatient's satisfaction and suggestions for community health services in south part of Pudong New Area.METHODS 3 090 Outpatients were inquired by intercept interviewing method,and their satisfaction for community health service was investigated by questionnaire.RESULTS Overall outpatient satisfaction rate for community health services was 87.5%.The highest satisfaction rate was attitude of medical staff(90.1%),while the lowest rate was medical technology level of medical staff,only 80.5%.CONCLUSION The outpatients' satisfaction for community health services south part of Pudong New Area is high in general.But in the meantime community health centers need further improvement in the aspects of outpatient treatment technology and environmental.
