This paper gives a sketch of the basic principle of low-background α,β-measuring instrument.It explores the relationship between the self-absorption,area and measuring efficiency.It gives out that the uncertain degree of efficiency calibration and analyses the application for the measuring of α,β-samples with efficiency.
