补阳还五汤加味配合康复训练治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛 被引量：7

摘要 椎间盘源性下腰痛（discogenic low back pain,DLBP）首先由Crock描述,是指单纯椎间盘的病变刺激椎间盘疼痛感受器引起的功能丧失性下腰痛,近年来在脊柱外科领域已成为最常见的肌肉骨骼系统疾病。2002年Cohen等进行的调研结果显示,有慢性腰背疼痛症状的人群中,椎间盘源性疼痛占65%[1]。
