摘要
当今时代,传统文化输出已成为提升国家软实力,进而增强国家综合实力的有效方法和途径之一。纵观中国传统文化输出的历程,存在着输出选材层次较浅且缺乏系统性,输出内容出现重构和变形,以及传统文化身份标识缺失、核心价值观念被西化等方面的问题。针对这些问题,只有提倡基于文化自主意识的文化输出理念,深化输出内容的层次并增强输出内容的系统性,采用以翻译为主的输出方式,才能有效地构建我国传统文化的输出体系,发挥中国文化的影响力。
Nowadays cultural exportation becomes one of the most effective approaches to enhance Chinese soft power and then its comprehensive power.Nevertheless,in the course of cultural exportation there exists such problems as the lack of depth and systematicness in the choice of material,restructuring and distortion in content,the shortage of identity mark of traditional culture as well as the westernization of the core concepts of value.According to Joseph Nye's theory of soft powering order to solve the above problems,on the basis of the analysis of the problems the following measures are required to be taken to construct the traditional cultural exploration system:advocating the consciousness of cultural independence,deepening and systematizing the content of the material and adopting translation as the main method of exportation.
