摘要
介绍深孔的特点与应用范围,分析比较两种深孔加工方式的特点。介绍SIEMENS 840D数控系统CYCLE800循环的工件坐标转换功能。以一个深孔加工为例,分析其加工工艺,并利用CYCLE800循环编制数控加工程序,在IA3 TLF型数控深孔加工中心上实现数控深孔加工。结果表明:利用CYCLE800指令,加工件一次装夹可进行众多深孔的加工,编程简单,加工效率高,精度高。
The characteristics and application scope of deep holes were presented. The coordinates transforming function of CYCLE800 in SIEMENS 840D numerical control system was introduced. The techniques of processing deep holes were analyzed and implemented by an example of machining deep holes with NC program of CYCLE 800. These deep holes were machined in IA3 TLF numerical control deep hole machining center. The result shows that with CYCLE800, deep holes can be machined in work piece which was clamped in just one time, the NC program is simple, high efficiency and high precision of processing can be obtained.
