摘要
为解决曲面电刷镀自动化问题,设计一台基于PMAC的数控流镀试验装置。该装置采用摆头转台式结构,具有x、y、z3个平动轴,绕y轴的摆动轴B和绕z轴的转动轴C,可实现五轴流镀加工。该装置数控系统采用PMAC嵌入工控机的开放式结构。
A numerical control flowing plating setup based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-axis Controller) was designed to improve the efficiency of plating on some surfaces. The structure of the setup was by the way of swing-head and tilt platform, which was composed of three sliding axis (x, y, z) and a swinging axis B, as well as a rotating axis C. By using the structure of " IPC + PMAC", an open and standard hardware architecture of the control system was built up.
