摘要
加工薄件大孔径槽时,要求对称度高,必须对中之后再进行线切割加工。由于对中时间很长,影响加工效率,再加上线切割加工薄件时其粗糙度难以保证,从而影响加工零件质量,进而影响整个总装进程。针对这些问题,对薄件大孔径槽的加工工艺进行改进,并设计专用工装。实验结果证明:采用专用工装后,对中时间可以节约15倍,切割槽的精度和对称度得到有效保证,加工效率提高,为类似零件的加工提供参考。
During machining large diameter hole/groove of thin workpieces, high demand for symmetry and centering before WEDM are required. Because centering would take long time, it affects cutting efficiency, and the surface roughness of thin workpieces during WEDM is poor, so the quality and assembly process are greatly influenced. Aiming at these problems, the working technologies were improved for large diameter hole/groove of thin workpieces, and a special fixture was designed. The experimental results prove that after adopting the special fixture, the centering time is saved for 15 times, the accuracy and symmetry of cutting groove are ensured and the processing efficiency is improved. This method can be used as reference in cutting other similar workpieces.
