摘要
提出一种以S3C2410为系统主控芯片,PCL6045B为运动控制核心的嵌入式两轴联动数控系统设计方法。该系统采用主从式双CPU结构,集合了ARM处理器高性能、低成本与PCL6045B运动控制高可靠性的优点。在该硬件系统上移植了μC/OS-II实时操作系统,实时地管理数控系统各个任务的调度与运行。
A novel embedded two-axis CNC system was designed based on S3C2410 and PCL6045B. The structure of the system was a dual-CPU configuration of master/slave mode, which integrated both the advantage of ARM's high performance and low cost and pulse generator's high reliability. The transplanted real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ in the hardware was used to manage the task scheduling and running of CNC system real-time.
