摘要
以某型液压机为例,介绍该机计算机控制系统的硬件及软件的组成。给出硬件系统连接的基本形式,阐述比例阀的开关量输出驱动电路的原理,设计控制系统中数据采集卡及PLC与上位机及液压机硬件连接的具体电路;基于NI公司的虚拟仪器软件W in32编程平台编制了控制界面,并完成了液压机工作参数的设置。
The constructions of hardware and software of a given presser were analyzed. The linked mode of hardware in the computer control system was proposed, and the driven circuit of proportional valve was given. The circuits of data acquisition card, PLC linked with upper computer and hydraulic presser were designed. Win32 platform was used to develop control panel. The working parameters were set in the control programs.
