摘要 人工骨支架内微孔或微管道结构作为组织工程的关键要素之一,不仅为细胞繁殖和保持它们各自功能提供保障,而且引导组织再生,控制组织的结构,因此支架内微管道结构的研究也日益被重视。综述几种极具前景的组织工程支架的微管道结构,阐述其研究现状,分析和总结不同技术制备出的微管道结构的优缺点,并展望其发展趋势。 As one of the key elements of tissue engineering, microporous or microtubule structure in bone tissue engineering scafolds not only provides protection for cell proliferation and keeping their respective functions, but also guides tissue regeneration, controls organizational structure. Therefore, the study of microporous or microtubule structure in bone tissue engineering scafolds are increasingly being taken seriously. Several types of microporous or microtubule structure in scaffolds were highlighted. Their recent re- search and application were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of the microtubule structures generated by different techniques were analyzed and summarized. The development tendency was prospected.
