不同分子量MPEG合成聚羧酸系减水剂的研究

摘要 使用不同分子量甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG)分别和甲基丙烯酸进行酯化反应合成大分子单体,然后与其他小分子单体进行自由基聚合,合成聚羧酸系减水剂。研制的聚羧酸系减水剂具有减水率高、混凝土坍落度损失小、水泥适应性广、增强效果好等特点。 Macromolecular monomer was prepared from monomethoxypolyethylene glycol(MPEG) with different molecular weight and methylacrylic acid,then carboxylic acid type water-reducing agent was synthesized by free radical polymerization of the macromolecular monomer and other small molecules.The carboxylic acid type water-reducing agent has a lot of characteristics,such as high-efficiency water-reducing ratio,low concrete slump-loss,wide cement adaptability,good enhancing effect as well as.
