摘要
本研究以碱处理NaA分子筛为载体,选取Ag+为抗菌成分,通过液相离子交换法,制备了碱处理载银NaA分子筛抗菌剂。采用XRD、BET和ICP等手段对样品的结构和载银量等性质进行了表征,并考察了样品的缓释性能、抗变色性能及抗菌性能等。结果表明:碱处理NaA分子筛保持了原有的分子筛骨架结构,Si/Al比值下降到1.1,平均粒径降到2.6μm,比表面积增加到430.3 m2/g。制备得到的碱处理载银NaA分子筛载银量提高到5.6 wt%,并表现出良好的Ag+释放性能和抗变色性能,其抗菌性能得到明显提高。
In this paper,alkali treated Ag-NaA zeolites were prepared by ion exchange method,using Ag+ as the antibacterial component.The structure and the Ag+ content of the samples were characterized by XRD,BET and ICP.And the sustained-release property,the anti-tarnish performance and the antibacterial activity of the samples were studied.The results showed the NaA zeolites maintained the original structure of the skeleton,the Si/Al ratio reduced to 1.1,the average particle size dropped to 2.6 μm and the specific surface area increased to 430.3 m2/g after alkali treatment.Furthermore,the alkali treated Ag-NaA zeolites enhanced the loading capacity of Ag+ to 5.6 wt%,displaying excellent sustained-release property and anti-tarnish performance,and their antibacterial activity were improved markedly.
