4-芳氨基-67,-二甲氧基喹唑啉的合成及生物活性研究

Synthesis and bioactivity of 4-arylamino-6,7-dimethoxyl quinazoline derivatives

摘要 以4-氯-67,-二甲氧基喹唑啉和4-(2-芳基)乙烯基苯胺或4-[2-(2-呋喃基)]乙烯基苯胺为原料合成了5种4-芳氨基-6,7-二甲氧基喹唑啉类化合物。利用IR、NMR和元素分析等表征手段对其进行了结构确认。这5种化合物对HT-29和MDA-MB-231两种细胞模型的体外抗癌活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有良好的抗肿瘤活性。 Five 4-arylamino-6,7-dimethoxyl quinazoline derivatives were synthesized from 4-chloro-6,7-dimethoxyl quinazoline and 4-(2-arylethenyl)aniline or 4-[2-(2-furyl)ethenyl]aniline.The structures of the five compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and NMR spectra.Bioactivities of the new compounds were tested.The results showed that some of them possessed benign anti-cancer activity to HT-29,MDA-MB-231 cells.
