铁皮石斛中石斛多糖与石斛碱的纤维素酶法提取研究 被引量:29

摘要 本文利用纤维素酶法联合提取铁皮石斛中的多糖与生物碱,通过单因素实验研究酶用量、酶解时间、酶解温度和酶解pH对石斛多糖与生物碱收率的影响。实验结果表明,在本实验范围内,最佳提取工艺为:纤维素酶用量为原料的0.6%(质量分数),酶解时间为1.5h,酶解温度为50℃,酶解pH值等于5.0。在此工艺下,石斛碱的收率达19%,石斛多糖收率达0.35%。本工艺操作简便,成本较低,值得进一步深入研究。 The extraction technology of polysaccharides,dendrobine of dendrobium candidum by cellulase was discussed.The influences of the enzyme dosage,enzymolysis time,enzymolysis temperature,and the value of pH on the yield were studied by single factor experiments.The experiment results showed that,within the scope of this experiment,the optimal process parameters were as follows:the addition amount of cellulose was 0.6%,the pH value was 5.0,the enzymolysis temperature was 50℃,and the enzymolysis time was 1.5h.The yield of the dendrobium polysaccharides was 19%,and dendrobine was 0.35%.This technology was simple,easy to operate and the cost was low.It was worthy of further study.
