摘要 VERICUT由美国CGTECH公司开发的专业数控加工仿真软件,它具有强大的三维加工仿真、验证、优化等功能。通过对大型气缸的数控加工仿真,完成了对各种可能发生情况的检查。基于软件的Optimath分析模块,可以对数控程序进行优化,从而提高加工效率。基于AUTO-DIFF分析模块,可以通过对比仿真加工后的模型和现实的设计模型进行过切和欠切分析。这对于保证了气缸的加工质量,降低了现场操作人员的劳动强度,提高了企业的生产率是非常有益的。 VERICUT developed by the United States CGTECH professional is CNC machining simulation software,which has a strong three-dimensional process simulation,verification,optimization.Through the simulation of NC machining of large cylinders,we have completed inspection of all possible situations.By Optimath module of software,the NC program can be optimized so as to enhance processing efficiency.By AUTO-DIFF module of software,comparing the simulation model and the reality of the design model of over-cutting and under cutting can be processed.This ensures the quality of the processing cylinder,reducing the labor intensity of live operators and improving the productivity of enterprises is very useful.
