Time has become the source of competition advantage.Comparing with the industrial supply chain,ARSC stretches across the agricultural,industrial and circulation fields.The unique ＂rigid layer＂ and ＂weakly mechanism to stop＂ of agricultural production and the complexity and particularity of agricultural logistics have made the region between the farmers and core business become a bottleneck of time-based competition in the ARSC.We should divide the time bottleneck into system type bottleneck and functional bottlenecks,and then effectively compress its overall time response cycle through virtual vertical integration mechanism.
