摘要
词块的使用能使英语写作地道、准确、流利。本研究以山东某中等师范学校两个教学班为研究对象,进行了为期一个学期的实验。控制班采用传统的教学法,实验班则采用词块教学法。两个班在学期始末各写一篇作文,期末进行问卷调查。对两个班的成绩、词块数量、调查问卷进行分析。结论如下:1)将传统教学融入词块教学法是可行的;2)词块学习有助于学生写作水平的提高;3)实验班学生能够意识到词块的重要性,但在写作策略上仍有待改进。
Lexical chunks may help to make compositions more idiomatic,fluent and accurate because they contribute to the structural organization of them.This study was conducted on two natural classes from a normal school in Shandong Province.In the one-term experiment,the Control Class was taught by Traditional Approach and the Experimental Class by Lexical Approach.The two classes were asked to write one composition respectively at the beginning and end of the term.And a questionnaire survey was carried out in the two classes at the end of the term.Scores,lexical chunks quantity and questionnaires were collected by the researcher and analyzed by SPSS 13.0.The conclusions were as follows: 1) It was applicable to incorporate traditional teaching into the Lexical Approach;2) The learning of lexical chunks promoted students' proficiency in writing;3) Students were more aware of the importance of lexical chunks but lacking chances to practice and their writing strategies needed improving.
