Preparation of Ni Micronwires by a Facile Chemical Method

摘要 采用一种简单的化学还原方法合成得到镍微米线,该微米线为面心立方晶型结构,线长约80~100μm,线的直径约为3μm。研究发现EDTA对镍微米线的形成起到了重要的作用,而过量的EDTA则不会对样品的形貌产生显著影响。磁性测试表明所制备的镍微米线显示铁磁性,其矫顽力高达131.3 Oe,远高于块体镍的矫顽力。 Ni micronwires were prepared by a facile chemical reduction method.The as-prepared Ni micronwires,crystallizing as face-centered cubic phase,were 80~100 μm in length and 3 μm in diameter.It was found that EDTA played a key role in the formation of Ni micronwires and the excessive EDTA would not affect the morphology of the sample.Magnetic measurement indicated that Ni micronwires exhibited ferromagnetic properties and the coercivity could reach to 131.3 Oe,which was much higher than that of bulk Ni.
