摘要
塔中Ⅰ号气田开发试验区10亿方试采地面建设工程作为沙漠地区高含硫碳酸盐岩开发的先导试验工程,对塔中奥陶系碳酸盐岩高含硫油气藏规模开发具有重要意义。工程投产后集输工艺不能完全适应碳酸盐岩油气藏不断变化的要求,优化改造了油气集输工艺,改造后基本能满足碳酸盐岩油气藏开发需要,对后续集输工艺设计提出了建议。
10×108 m3/d surface engineering in the Tazhong No.1 develop experiment area,a pilot project had great importance to scale develops of high-sulfur carbonate reservoirs in the Middle Tarim Basin(Tazhong).After putting into operation,revealing out the call for being unable to adapt to ceaseless change of carbonate reservoirs completely.To resolve the problem,project headquarter have carried out some numerical simulation and optimization in Surface Gathering and Transferring Process,reformed oil and gas hybrid pipeline.New Surface Gathering and Transferring Process was satisfied with ceaseless change of carbonate reservoirs,at the same time,some suggestion for process design of Ordovician carbonate high-sulfur reservoirs in the Middle Tarim Basin(Tazhong) was proposed.
