超临界CO_2流体萃取枇杷叶中熊果苷的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用超临界CO2流体萃取枇杷叶中的熊果苷,并用紫外可见分光光度法测定萃取物中熊果苷含量;在单因素实验的基础上,通过L9(34)正交试验对萃取条件进行优化,确定最佳工艺参数为:萃取温度55℃,萃取压力20 MPa,携带剂用量75 mL,萃取时间30 min。在此工艺条件下萃取得到的产物杂质含量少,产品纯度高,结果重现性良好;工艺参数在现有工业条件下容易实现,具有可行性。 The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction of ursolic acid follum eriobotryae was studied,and the extraction process conditions were optimized by the orthogonal test L9(34).The result showed that the optimum parameters were extraction tempaerature 55 ℃,extraction pressure 20 MPa,carrying agent 75 mL,and extraction time 30 min.Under this condition the product had high purity and the recurring nature was good,and technology industry in the present conditions were easy to implement and feasibility.
