Exploration on the Teaching Method of Drug Synthesis Reactions

以《药物合成反应》教材划分的单元反应为基础,遵循有机反应发生的内在规律,适当地用不同的组织形式,将似是而非的有机化学反应"大杂烩"重新整合,尽量阐明如何用合成子、反合成分析或共振结构等概念将不同的反应统一起来。

Based on the unit division of process of the textbook Organic Reaction for Drug Synthesis,followed the intrinsic rule of organic reaction,the organic reaction was suitably conformed which seemed a vast collection of contradictory information through diverse organizational forms.A great effort were made to demonstrate how just a few concepts such as synthon,retro-synthetic analysis and resonance structure can unify disparate reactions.
