The Schedule Control and Quality Management of Enlarging and Altering Project Construction of Refinery

施工项目进度控制与投资控制、质量控制一样,是保证施工项目按期完成、合理安排资源供应、节约工程成本的重要措施。根据项目管理学的基本理论,以石化扩改项目为例,对影响施工项目进度的因素作了简要概述,同时提出了相应的控制措施。

Like the investment control and quality control,the schedule control of construction project was an important measure to guarantee the accomplishment of construction project on time,the reasonable arrangement of resource supply,and the economization of project cost.According to the basic theory of project management,some factors influencing the schedule of project construction were explained by the example of enlarging and altering project in petrochemical company,followed by the presentation of some relative control measures.
