摘要
军校建立科研质量管理体系并对其绩效水平进行评价是当前研究的薄弱环节。从绩效评价的基本概念出发,对军校科研质量管理体系绩效评价的内涵作了界定。构建了军校科研质量管理体系绩效评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对军校科研质量管理体系绩效进行评价,通过数据分析发现体系的不足。
The establishment of scientific research quality management system in militaty academies and evaluation of the performance are the weak-point in present research,the paper based on the definition of performance evaluation,defined the content of military academies quality management system＇s performance evaluation,constructed the index system and evaluated the system with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,according to the results the shortcomings of the system are pointed out.
