摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了摩擦片的参数化三维友限元模型,对接合时的摩擦片进行瞬态生热分析和热固耦合应力分析,得到接合过程中摩擦片的瞬态温度分布和应力分布.其结果可用于对离合器中摩擦片的强度和使用安全性进行分析和校核,指导摩擦片结构的优化.
A parameterized 3-D finite element model was established by using the software ANSYS.With the model,an analysis about heat generation and the thermal-solid coupling analysis was carried out,the momentary temperature and stress distribution of the plate was got.The result is useful to improve the optimal design of the friction plate.
