摘要
在研究板料成形过程中摩擦特性的基础上,总结了板料成形数值模拟过程中的摩擦模型,提出了控制摩擦接触节点面积的方法,并运用自主开发的三维板料成形数值模拟软件对不等深盒形件的成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,同时考察了不同的摩擦因子对成形的影响.
In this paper,friction models in FE simulation are summarized based on the analysis for friction problem in sheet metal forming.Then the method of control areas in contact nodes are provided.At last,a numerical example using software SHEET3D developed by authors is given.
